Our raison d'être

Promote French clothing manufacturers, textile manufacturers and their excellent savoir-faire to shape tomorrow's fashion together

La Maison du Savoir-Faire et de la Création is a public-interest structure serving players in the fashion and apparel industry, which was initiated in 2011 by the sector's professional organizations.

Its main objective is to promote French garment making manufacturers and garment making workshops who possess unique artisanal and industrial know-how, the diversity of which is often overlooked.

Thanks to its platform, it facilitates contact between principals and manufacturers to encourage local production, which preserves savoir-faire and keeps territories alive. In this way, it contributes to the renaissance of the apparel industry, while adhering to a sustainable approach.
