Hiding behind the scenes of fashion are many manufacturers, with unique artisanal and industrial savoir-faire, whose diversity is often overlooked. At the Maison du Savoir-Faire et de la Design, we're committed to promoting them and giving them the best possible exposure.

Faced with the growing demand for Made in France manufacturing, word of mouth is no longer enough to find partner workshops. Savoir-faire needs to be easily accessible, and across the entire value chain: from the manufacture of materials, garment making of course, right through to the customization of clothing. This is the ambition of our new platform, which enables players in the textile, fashion and clothing industrial fabric to showcase their traditional or innovative savoir-faire and develop their business. We provide them with a detailed showcase page on the site, highlighting their expertise.

Thanks to this platform, we want to publicize the local alternatives that exist for a return to local production, more virtuous for the economy and the environment.

Easily connecting brands and manufacturers

Much more than an online sourcing directory, the manufacturers' platform is a genuine search tool that references over 450 companies across the entire industry: Clothing and accessories manufacturers - service providers - Material and Component suppliers; thus positioning itself as the largest qualified and up-to-date database in the sector.

Thanks to the platform's many functionalities, we enable brands and principals to instantly identify the right manufacturers for local production, which preserves savoir-faire and keeps territories alive. In this way, the Maison du Savoir-Faire et de la Création helps to promote Made in France, relocalization and the influence of the clothing industry, all while adhering to a sustainable approach.
